LOL. They don’t but your body does. Eating at night is bad because your body is getting ready to process all the calories you had that day, so if you are eating at night you are “disturbing” your body’s process. So when you get up the next morning, 1) you won’t feel “hungry” and 2) if you check the scale, you wouldn’t have lost anything if barely anything.
The best thing is to stop eating after 6 or 7pm. This gives plenty of time for your body to eliminate and process all the stuffs you ate that day. Feeling hungry past 7? Have a cup of hot green decaf tea or just plain water.
