‪#Healthy‬ ‪Recipe‬
PUMPKIN BROWNIES! 👇
40g Cinnamon #Protein Powder (I imagine you can omit this and add more flour)
28g (4T) Coconut Flour
4-6 Packets of Stevia (or sweetener to taste)
1/2 tsp of EACH- Pumpkin Pie Spice, Cinnamon, Baking Soda
6 grinds Salt
120g Canned Pumpkin
100g Plain Greek Yogurt
10g Melted Coconut Oil (I imagine you can sub with another oil)
2T Unsweetened Almond Milk (or any milk)
2T Syrup (honey should work as well, but I would use less since it is sweeter)
2 tsp Egg Whites
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix Ingredients well.
Pour in pan and bake until knife comes out clean (around 20 minutes).
*This recipe makes a fairly small quantity, so you will need to use a smaller pan. If you like to bake for the week, doubling the ingredients wouldn’t be a bad idea*

1 C coconut flour
2 eggs
4 egg whites
1/2 C stevia
3/4 C applesauce
3 C grated carrots
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp baking powder & baking soda
2 C chopped walnuts
Combine wet & dry ingredients separately. Stir/mix in fully. Stir in walnuts. ((MIGHT have to add in a splash of almond milk & EW alternating until spreadable consistency.))
#Protein “Cream Cheese” Icing
2 scoops vanilla whey
Splash almond milk
8 oz Tofutti cream cheese (softened)
1/2-3/4 C plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla & almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon
Combine. Refrigerate until cake is finished baking. Spread!!

#Recipe Skinny shake that tastes like Wendy’s Frosty!

ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup (6 ounces) almond milk
  • about 15 ice cubes or more depending on how frothy you like it
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1-2 TB unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum or 1/4 tsp guar gum (or use more xanthan if you don’t have guar)
  • sweetener of choice (I like bananas so I used 1/4 of a frozen banana for my sweetener, but you can always switch it up: stevia packet, a few dates, xylitol, or agave)

directions:

  • blend, blend, ENJOY!
